Welcome to TheSGCandleCo™ (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://thesgcandleco.com and any digital products, templates, or files purchased from us through Payhip or other authorized platforms (“Services”).
By accessing or purchasing from TheSGCandleCo™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

TheSGCandleCo™ provides digital candle-label designs, branding templates, and specialized creative assets for small-batch candle makers.
All products sold by TheSGCandleCo™ are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final (see Section 9).
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal or commercial-use license depending on the product listing and purchase tier.
You do not receive ownership of the design.
You do not receive intellectual property rights.
All rights remain with TheSGCandleCo™.
Your license type will be clearly displayed on the product listing and purchase receipt.
Misuse of your license may result in revocation without refund.
You may not:
Upload, scan, trace, or import SGC designs into AI tools
(including but not limited to Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, ChatGPT image tools, etc.)
Convert SGC designs into templates for resale
Upload SGC designs to Canva as shareable templates
Use SGC designs in POD (Print on Demand) manufacturing
Sell candles using mass-production factories, automation, or outsourcing
Reproduce, redistribute, or resell SGC files
Claim SGC artwork as your own
If your product listing, social pages, or marketplace behaviors appear to violate these rules, your license may be revoked.
You may:
Edit customer fields as intended (e.g., scent notes, burn time, batch number)
Print labels for your own small-batch, hand-poured candle business
Use SGC designs in product photography and mockups
Sell handmade candles on marketplaces (Etsy, Shopify, local markets) as long as:
Your candles are truly hand-poured
You are not using POD or outsourced candle factories
All permitted uses must follow your specific license tier.
Digital files are delivered immediately after purchase via Payhip.
You are responsible for downloading and storing your files safely.
We do not guarantee re-delivery if files are lost or deleted on your device.
You agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access to the website
Use data-scraping or automated extraction tools
Misrepresent your identity
Interfere with site functionality
Violation may result in account restriction or legal action.
TheSGCandleCo™ may modify, update, or discontinue products or licensing structures at any time.
Changes will not affect licenses you have already purchased unless misuse occurs.
Because digital downloads cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.
Refunds will only be provided if:
You were charged in error, or
You received a duplicate purchase
Otherwise, no refunds will be granted.
TheSGCandleCo™ is not responsible for:
Printing issues caused by third-party printers
Misuse of files by customers
Loss of data or device damage
Business outcomes related to your own candle production or sales
Incorrect label printing caused by customer edits, resizing, or formatting
Our liability is limited to the cost you paid for the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TheSGCandleCo™ operates.
We may update these Terms of Service as our business evolves.
Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
